Terms of Service for BlogCrew platform usage.

Article 1 – Authorized Use of Platform and Services

You may use the Platform for both personal and commercial purposes, including researching topics, drafting and reviewing SEO content, generating images, and publishing articles to destinations you configure. However, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws, when using the Platform for commercial purposes.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

You may not use spiders, robots, data mining techniques, or other automated devices or programs to catalog, download, manipulate, or reproduce, store, or distribute content available on the Platform. You may not take any action to interfere with, or disrupt, the Platform or any other user's use of the Platform, including circumventing security or user authentication measures. You may not frame portions of the Platform within another website or application. You may not resell use of, or access to, the Platform to any third party without BlogCrew's prior written consent.

Article 2 – Proprietary Rights

2.1 BlogCrew Content

BlogCrew is the owner of or otherwise licensed to use all parts of the Platform and services, including all copy, software, graphics, designs, and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights contained therein ("BlogCrew Content"). Some materials on the Platform may belong to third parties who have authorized BlogCrew to display the materials. By using the Platform or services, you agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or make derivative works of any materials without the prior written consent of the owner of such materials. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Service, no license is granted to you, and no rights are conveyed by virtue of accessing or using the Platform or services. All rights not granted under these Terms of Service are reserved by BlogCrew.

2.2 Feedback

If you submit feedback or an unsolicited idea to BlogCrew, you understand and acknowledge that such idea is not submitted in confidence and that BlogCrew shall exclusively own all known or hereafter existing rights to submitted ideas and feedback, and that such idea and feedback is hereby irrevocably assigned to BlogCrew. Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent any such assignment is deemed unenforceable, you hereby grant BlogCrew an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use the idea or feedback in any manner, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without compensation to you.

2.3 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Platform, including briefs, articles, keywords, knowledge-base materials, images, and configuration data ("User Content"). By using the Platform, you grant BlogCrew a license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

2.4 AI-Generated Content

BlogCrew offers AI-powered features that can generate briefs, article drafts, reviews, images, cluster keywords, and related suggestions based on your prompts and workspace context. When you use these features:

  • Ownership: You own all AI-generated content once it is created. AI-generated content becomes part of your User Content and is subject to the same ownership terms as content you create manually.

  • Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. BlogCrew does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, SEO performance, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or otherwise using it.

  • No Warranty: AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlogCrew is not liable for any issues, errors, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on third-party rights, and is appropriate for your intended use and publish destinations.

2.5 Publish Destinations

BlogCrew can publish approved content to destinations you configure, including webhooks, Zapier Catch Hooks, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, BlogCrew's internal blog, and other integrations we may offer.

  • You are solely responsible for credentials, permissions, and compliance with each destination's terms.
  • BlogCrew is not responsible for how third-party destinations store, display, or further process content once delivered.
  • Failed or delayed publishes caused by destination outages, misconfiguration, or third-party API limits are outside BlogCrew's control.

Article 3 – User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when creating an account
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify BlogCrew immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Platform to collect, store, or process Personal Data in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • Obtain any consents required before publishing content that includes Personal Data or third-party material
  • Sensitive Data: If you upload or generate content containing sensitive personal data, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. BlogCrew is not responsible for your collection or handling of sensitive data
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
  • Not attempt to circumvent plan limits, credit metering, or access controls

Article 4 – Workspace, Crews, and Collaboration

BlogCrew allows you to collaborate with team members through workspaces and to configure agent crews. When using these features:

  • Workspace Ownership: The user who creates a workspace is the workspace owner. The owner has full control over workspace settings, member management, integrations, and content.

  • Ownership Transfer: Workspace ownership can be transferred to another member where supported. Upon transfer, the new owner assumes all rights and responsibilities.

  • Member Responsibilities: Workspace members must:

    • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of workspace data
    • Use workspace access only for legitimate business purposes
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not share workspace access credentials with unauthorized persons

  • Content Ownership in Workspaces: Content created within a workspace is owned by the workspace owner, unless otherwise specified. All workspace members who create content grant the workspace owner rights to use that content within the workspace context.

  • Crews and Agents: Agent prompts, schedules, and integration settings configured in a workspace apply to content processed in that workspace. You are responsible for the instructions and destinations you configure.

  • Leaving Workspaces: When you leave a workspace:

    • Your access to workspace data is immediately revoked
    • Content you created may remain in the workspace, depending on workspace settings
    • You may export your own content before leaving, subject to workspace permissions

  • Workspace Termination: If a workspace owner's account is terminated, workspace ownership may be transferred to another member or the workspace may be deleted, depending on our policies and applicable law.

Article 5 – Termination

BlogCrew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and services at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that BlogCrew believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Platform, BlogCrew, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
  • BlogCrew may delete or suspend your account and all associated data
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of termination

Article 6 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlogCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform or services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party
  • Content published to third-party destinations or the performance of third-party integrations

In no event shall BlogCrew's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to BlogCrew in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Article 7 – Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlogCrew and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right
  • Any content you submit, post, generate, or publish through the Platform
  • Your use of third-party publish destinations and integrations

Article 8 – Subscription, Credits, and Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Plans

BlogCrew offers Free and paid plans with different features and limitations, including pipeline credits, AI action allowances, and image library storage. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription when billing features are available through your account settings.

8.2 Credits and Quotas

  • Pipeline credits are consumed by successful agent pipeline runs (for example brief, draft, review, and image generation), as described in your plan and in-product usage screens.
  • AI actions cover in-editor regenerations and related AI features subject to monthly limits.
  • Image library storage is cumulative across workspaces you own.
  • Unused monthly credits and AI actions do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.

8.3 Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you, when paid plans are enabled
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
  • BlogCrew reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

8.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

8.5 Refunds

Refunds are provided only as required by law or at BlogCrew's sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Article 9 – Service Availability

BlogCrew strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. BlogCrew may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.

9.1 Usage Limits and Fair Use

BlogCrew provides AI pipeline features, research connectors (such as Google Search Console), and publish integrations subject to usage limits and fair use policies:

  • Fair Use Policy: You must use the Platform in a manner that does not:

    • Overwhelm or disrupt our infrastructure
    • Interfere with other users' access to the Platform
    • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
    • Use automated systems to generate excessive traffic unrelated to normal product use

  • Service Quotas: Different subscription tiers have different quotas for:

    • Pipeline credits per month
    • AI actions per month
    • Image library storage
    • Workspaces and teammates
    • Other features as specified in your subscription plan

  • Exceeding Limits: If you exceed your plan's limits, we may:

    • Temporarily restrict access until limits reset
    • Request that you upgrade your subscription
    • Suspend service if limits are consistently exceeded

Article 10 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Article 11 – Changes to Terms of Service

BlogCrew reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you must stop using the Platform and may cancel your account.

Article 12 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Article 13 – Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlogCrew regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
